Ticket Validity

  1. Tickets are valid only for the individual to whom they are issued, for the specified bus schedule, date, and time.
  2. Saferoute Travels will not be responsible for lost or stolen tickets.

Fare and Payment

  1. Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to unforeseen economic circumstances.
  2. All fares are payable in Naira (₦).

Ticket Transfer

Tickets are non-transferable, except as deemed necessary by management.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds and cancellations are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. Please review it for full details on eligibility and process.

Rerouting / Rescheduling

  1. Requests must be sent via feedback@saferoutent.com or the customer care line.
  2. First rescheduling is free.
  3. Second rescheduling incurs a ₦5,000 charge.
  4. Third rescheduling incurs a ₦8,000 charge.

Departure Time

  • Passengers must arrive at terminals at least 30 minutes before departure.
  • Seats may be reassigned 5 minutes before departure if unoccupied.

Luggage Policy

  1. 20kg free luggage allowance per passenger (owner's risk).
  2. Excess luggage attracts additional charges.
  3. Valuables and fragile items must be carried personally.

Prohibited Items & Conduct

Pets, alcohol, and smoking are prohibited on buses.

Child Fare Policy

A 20% discount applies for children aged 2–10. A maximum of 2 discounted children are allowed per adult booking. Additional children pay the full adult fare.

Force Majeure

Saferoute Travels is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, road closures, or government directives.
